Loaded with benefits. This tea is perfect for sustaining and building your immune system. It is fortified with African Black Seed and Fennel for healthy gut and kidney.
Please note that all of my teas are packed with quality. They are not a cheap "hidden something in a tea bag" stuff with artificial flavoring. I teaspoon is enough to make a 16 oz. cup of tea or 2 8 oz. cups. Therefore unless you prefer your tea to be super strong in taste I recommend you only try one teaspoon first. If that is still too strong for you then dilute it with half hot water. If you must enjoy your tea with a sweetener I recommend pure maple, raw honey, or dried dates.
